Cloudtalk a light-weight telephony with easy integration
Cloudtalk is a light-weight telephony system that easily integrates with your CRM. We were able to set it up in less than a day and get our call-center employees go online. During the rush for Covid Work From Home situation this technology helped our employees to stay connected from home and still be able to handle calls. Thankyou CloudTalk team.

Excellent Could Based Phone System
I was very impressed with the customer support we received from Cloudtalk. From our first contact to the porting of our number (the reason why we had to leave our previous provider) went fast and smooth. It has all the functionalities you'd want from a cloud based phone system. Cloudtalk gave us full flexibility over our incoming phone setup. 🛑🛑WARNING READ THIS SIGNING UP🛑🛑I joined in December 2019 set up a full call center in Cebu I had been using a VOP before but I wanted to have more control over my staff. So I made the move to cloud talk and left them In March it was the worst 4 months of dialler problems my team has ever had... the support was next to hopeless we made 67,000 calls with them we had hours of dead time when the system was down there was no care factor from anyone on there team and would not recommend them ...

The worst experience ever
The worst experience ever. First of the app for phone doesn't do sms and the desktop version is junk, It takes over 48 hours or more to get a response from anyone. They force you to pay for membership to get sms feature and it doesn't even work properly. 😱.. they won't refund you if you ask. Stay away from this company. I have no clue how people like this company. Unacceptable service and support.

"Cloudtalk, great for a remote ecommerce business"
What do you like best about CloudTalk? The core product is excellent and easy to use. Easy to setup with the ability to select a local or toll-free number. It's been perfect for a remote team like ours that has minimal calls at present but has opportunity for more complex call operations as the company scales.
