Fantastic call centre IT voip service
Fantastic service, great customer support for dyslexic sales proffessionals with little IT experience. The team was proffessional and helped me to understand the platform. I am looking forward to exploring it's analytics which I have not seen other platforms offer.

Easy software with high customization potential
The software helped us to stick to our documentation duties and is easy to integrate with other software. The porting takes some months unfortunately.

Powerful, simple to use and great value for money
I love the way you can use a visual tool to plan exactly how you want the system to handle incoming calls. Also the integration with our CRM system was surprisingly easy to enable. I wish there was more ability to choose from a selection of incoming numbers, but I ended up getting a great number. And they offered a path to change the number if I wasn't happy with the assigned number. CloudTalk has allowed us to implement a professional call handling capability for very little outlay. It ...
