Constant calls drop

Constant calls drop. Noisy background even when both parties are in empty rooms. Voices are always cut off, it's affecting a lot if you are speaking to a potential client/partner. I don't recommend.

Highly Recommend this Call Center Software

This software offers excellent reports and details for each call. The reporting has allowed our call center to have a better understanding of how we are doing overall. I would highly recommend this software as it is easy to use and provides all the tools needed to make your call center successful.
