Cloud talk is ok
Cloud talk is ok. But the mobile app needs to be reliable. The call doesn't ring and its shows only missed call only.

Customer service was ok
Customer service was ok, but we had a lot of issues with our service forcing up to close our account and use a different provider.

Calls get more responses
I do technical support calls for our product. When customers are offline or inactive, I give them a call to make sure everything is OK. I'm using our landline phone for calls but I did notice that I get more answered calls on CloudTalk, which is great because I am able to reach more customers and help them out.
