"Good if it works" With a variety of apps, it's possible to answer calls both from the office and on a cell phone. "Great software for outbound and inbound sales activities"
What do you like best about CloudTalk? Software is very easy to use. We have an integration with Salesforce and I can call straight from our CRM. It's very convienient because I can call from CRM, an app in the computer and with my iPhone. All calls are tracked and recorded, we have all the data we need. Moreover, Cloudtalk team is extremely helpful.
