Great calling tool for sales activities
Our team uses Cloudtalk for outbound and inbound sales activities. We selected this tool among other alternatives because it had all the relevant features and integrations that we needed + reasonable price. Cloudtalk is very convenient and easy to use. It is integrated with Salesforce, so we can call directly from our CRM and leave tags, comments after a call immediately (also I do calls from my iPhone and computer app). "Really easy to use and great support team!"
What do you like best about CloudTalk? We have a small team but we've all remote workers so it's been great to be able to centralise our phone systems. A lot of data and reports to be able to set KPI's with our team and improve customer experience.

"Very easy to use."
What do you like best about CloudTalk? We have an integration with HubSpot and I can call straight from our CRM. It's very convenient because I can call from CRM, an app in the computer Macbook Air and with my Note 9, so is compatible with almost any ecosystem . Any call is tracked and recorded, so we have almost all the information updated in the meantime you talk with the customer.
