"Fine Tuning the Process"

What do you like best about CloudTalk? I love that the app for desktop seems more up to date for 2020 than previous platforms. We are still fine tuning and getting used to it. The web browser is simple, straightforward. The cloud team is professional, and quick to respond to inquiries. Happy to know that we can text our clients!
