"Convenient and smooth.."

What do you like best about CloudTalk? The dashboard is great! its easy to manage my call flows, upload custom recordings, setup call diversion etc. The onboarding was also very easy and the customer service was very helpful.

First Time Using Calling Software

I have never used calling software before. I can say that this being my first go at it, CloudTalk has greatly increased my call out volume. I am currently part of a local non-profit Telefund raising campaign for our city's performing arts organization. Last campaign we used printed sheets, had to manually dial each number etc. This time with CloudTalk's power Dialer and user friendly interface, making calls, adding notes and setting up callbacks has been a breeze. Very good and UX driven phone calling…

Very good and UX driven phone calling app. I enjopyed using it very much. Easy to use intuitive, no time learning. CS could be slightly improved.

A fast and easy solution for companies.

The app and web interface are clear and easy to use. Call monitoring and call recording are great features. All necessary functions for employees are immediately visible and usable. So I'm impressed with the UI. The customer service and the sales team provide excellent service and have always responded promptly. Feedback is also implemented in a timely manner.

"good value, easy setup"

What do you like best about CloudTalk? Setup is very easy, you can start making calls within a few minutes if you don't require any new phone numbers to be set up. Setting up additional numbers is also quite easy and quick (fees apply), although you need to reach out to support for that. Sound quality is good, iOS app is easy to use.

Easy to use

Easy to use, great customer service. Signup online got a free trial. Was recommended by a mate and then use them all the time now. Very Responsive and always helpful staff

Very easy to use

It is a simple application but that makes it very easy to call, you can also add labels, load to differentiate the segments you want to call, it is really very simple to use but at the same time very complete facilitating my day to day in the calls

Overall very reliable

Its a simple to use, reliable and fun dualer to use. My employees like it and on top of that, the sound is great which is hard to come by.
