We love working with Cloud Talk

We love working with Cloud Talk. Its very easy to setup and i can edit my IVR and call flows in no-time using the dashboard. The ease of getting local numbers for all major countries is also a plus. Some of the numbers don't support SMS which is a pity, but nevertheless the service quality is top. We never had any quality issues.

Great plugin to talk to customers: It is a great plugin that is easy to use. It has eliminated the need to provide my personal number to customers. Sometimes the call takes a couple of attempts to connect but overall it works very well.

Great tool

Great tool. Its integration with Hubspot allows us to easily make it part of our processes and systems. The Dashboard feature is also very useful and provides interesting insights that help us assess our system. The note and tag feature for the calls is also very helpful.
