What do you like best about CloudTalk? The click-to-call feature is convenient, also I often go through the scripted calls to get an idea of what we can improve in our service.

"Great support (not that you need it often) and solid, easy to use product."
What do you like best about CloudTalk? It is not just a phone number with SMS capabilities, but a good call center for small businesses. What I like the most is the support - even though the help articles and UX is easy, I get to the point and speedy answers to my inquiries.

Great Customer Service, several tolerable bugs
While the customer service team is very supportive there are a few bugs that are a little hard to deal with but manageable. Loving this app's ability to leave notes as I work with a small team. Every feature you could hope for in an app built for 2020. But the connection to cell phone has some issues/bugs that need resolution.

CloudTalk is a great solution
CloudTalk is a great solution, especially for Pipedrive integration. The best feature is the voicemail and forwarding features. This is a core part of our business.

The app is full of glitches. Avoid!
The app is full of glitches and the call quality is very poor. We have waited more than two months for them to port our number and they failed! We have left speaking with different support agents to resolve the issue with no luck. They are good at sending emails offering gift cards for reviews but not good at operation or customer care. Avoid at all costs!

"Solution that suited our needs"
What do you like best about CloudTalk? CloudTalk appeared to be a great solution for the requested needs (mostly receiving incoming calls). Some quick tests were enough to understand the level of app usability. Admin panel is pretty easy and clear at first sight; nice UI. Regarding the phone app you may use it either in browser or in desktop app; mobile app is duplicating calls when you're our out of the desk. Process of getting additional numbers is simple and fast.
