They pay for positive reviews

Cloudtalk pays its users for submitting positive reviews on sites like this. I wish I could upload the messages and coupons they sent to a few of our employees. By the way, their service is terrible.

"Simple, easy and efficient."

What do you like best about CloudTalk? The simplicity of executing what is proposed with Cloudtalk is the strength of the tool. It easily meets the requirements for my day-to-day life, as well as offering additional resources that follow the same trait of simplicity and agility. In addition to having a very supportive support team, which only reinforces the efficiency of the platform.

"Amazing Software with Good Value for money"

What do you like best about CloudTalk? Being a remote team, we were all over the place initially. Starting off remote for the first time, we really needed something that would consolidate all our KPIs and data for us. CloudTalk made it easy for us to bring all of us on the same page and enhance customer service/experience through being organized at the backend.

Have been using Cloudtalk from past one…

Have been using Cloudtalk from past one year for my company situated in India. Our work is related to the customer service and we need to call almost everywhere around the world and cloudtalk has been such a great software for our work and haven't created any lags or problems. "it's super easy to use and it connects with Hubspot which is crucial for CRM."

What do you like best about CloudTalk? You can take notes during and after every call and those notes are reported on Hubspot aswell, which helps us to keep track of our activity depending on the client; You can see the name of who's calling, which is a function that our previous program didn't have.
