"Great contact centre tool with lots of features"
What do you like best about CloudTalk? Easy to configure and very user friendly. It was quick to setup and it didn't require any specific technical knowledge. It has prebuilt integrations with most CRM tools including Zendesk. Call quality is great even to China where most competitors fail to provide a satisfying service. Their customer support team is very helpful as well.

My overall experience with Cloud Talk is great
My overall experience with Cloud Talk is great. It was very easy to set up my account and their phone app is user friendly. But i did not like the fact that customer service through calling is not available to each customer. i think they should work on this.

Great service
So far, everything has been working great. Call Monitoring for internal testing and teaching is something you always want to have and it works perfectly here. Integration with salesforce is smooth as well.

What do you like best about CloudTalk? It is one of the best Apps i have ever used.. very easy access and easy download best voice no cutsoff or weird noise What do you dislike about CloudTalk?

Clear method of communication with customers
I don't have a land line working from home so Cloud Talk allows me to contact our customers with ease. Thank you!

Cloud talk has been nothing but Amazing!!!!
Cloud talk has been nothing but excellent. They always seem to do everything we need. One feature that I like is that I can talk to one of my associates through cloud talk before passing them the call. The only downside at the moment is waiting for the last phone number to transition over. Other than that Cloud talk is great!
