Great tool with lots of features

We needed a phone solution for inbound and outbound calling with SMS capability and the ability to reach China with a Chinese virtual number. We've tried many different providers but CloudTalk was the only one that could fulfil all requirements for an affordable price. "Campaigns are a nightmare"

What do you like best about CloudTalk? I haven't tried many features at CloudTalk, only the Campaigns. The recordings of the calls are of very good quality, and it is really easy to manage users and conect calls, but there isn't much else that is good.

An amazing app!

I've been using this app for about a month,and this app is very good,your calls get automatically recorded,so no need of a third party application to record your calls,you can send sms to others with the latest update and lastly the support staff is user friendly. So overall my experience with cloudtalk is amazing!

Short experience but satisfying

I am using CloudTalk since one month, at the beginning I had some issues with the connectivity and with the settings, but the customer service helped me almost immediately to solve it. Now Cloudtalk it's helping me a lot to do my job faster

I really like the system

I really like the system. It is very organized to have everything in one place, with easy implementation. As a sales manager, and many new salespeople, the tool to whisper to the salesperson without the customer listening goes a long way towards faster training.
