Cloudflare broke my website on older and non mainstream devices

Enabled Cloudflare for my website, with SSL.Didn't work on older Operating System and certain browsers. Their site says "Upgrade to Pro, works on all browsers" **Upgraded to Pro, waited 24-48 hours (with my unhappy customers to make sure the SSL changes were in effect and working properly, site still doesn't work on those devices. my website now didn't work on many Smart TV and a few other devices. "Pro Plan has median response time of 2 hours" - Took 9 hours for a reply. How many replies ...

Poor on-boarding for high volume e-com clients.

What do you like best? The dashboard is filled with advanced settings and easy to read information. There is a decent amount of FAQ and Help pages What do you dislike? On-boarding support is non-existent. If you have an issue setting things up expect a period of extended downtime. Ticket responses are inconsistent. Sometimes a reply within 5-10 minutes. Other times up to 50 minutes for a response. A definite push to getting people onto Enterprise plans despite the jump from Business ...

We had a lot of websites using …

We had a lot of websites using Cloudflare and everything was fine until we wanted to use Argo, their new system which looked great, until we tried to add it. Their system failed us, we added Argo to our site and there was an error, but we got charged $5, Argo was not enabled. We then tried to enable it again (as we had already paid for the service, same error and charged again! In the end, we have been charged $15 (3 times for a service that we still cannot use! We contact Cloudflare and ...

Great CDN with a usable free service tier for small businesses.

What do you like best? Protects my website effectively, and has even taken care of SSL issues I have had with my services just by switching. It really has boosted my websites performance and once it is set up, there isn't much else needed. They also provide a very nice WordPress plugin to make things work even easier. What do you dislike? While the nature of using a CDN (DNS etc service is inherently complicated, the user interface for management and setup needs a lot of work. Because of ...

Poor customer support

Poor customer support, they take over 3 days to respond to your ticket. They don't care about their free plan users.

Great DNS provier with many extra perks

What do you like best? Absolutely love the free tier. They offer just about everything that you could possibly want and then some! With the addition of free SSL and CloudFlare signed origin certs, it is easier than ever to keep the web secure, even for those on a budget. What do you dislike? The reporting options definitely leave something to be desired. Additionally, price is always a factor. While the first paid tier is good, a few features (like railgun are reserved for business and ...
