Very very bad support

Very very bad support, no sense of logic are given from them, sometimes takes ages before they reply and still no useful info or help, i would definitely NOT recommend the use of Cloudflare! Also are they handling a weird policy to ban you and your site when you're telling them they are delivering a really bad job.Example:If you need help because Cloudflare messed up your site when making a SSL connection, and you try to contact them for over 2 months, they just ban you and your site, out ...

This company is a complete joke!!!

This company is a complete joke and waste of time.Never and I mean never give your hard earned money to these people. Their policy is no refunds, even though they may bill you incorrectly.Whether you are a Cloudflare partner or an Enterprise Customer the support is the same...lame. The only difference is the time they reply. Asking for help is pointless as you will be only directed to complex documentation or their Community Site where they have their "Leaders" who are biased and never will ...

Cloudflare user 9+ Years

Been using & recommending Cloudflare on my own personal, family & friends sites, work and client websites for just over 9 years now. Since then, I've never been disappointed and never once experienced any issues. What they offer is truely second to none and their free services go way beyond that. And with the new DNS over HTTPS service, I can't imagine what the internet would be without them. Thank you Cloudflare and keep up the great work!

The best $20 investment in our IT budget

For $20/month we get a great way to keep malicious actors from ever getting to our website. Cloudflare stops them at their servers and gives us data to adjust our page rules and firewall settings to make things even more secure. Now they have a registrar function that is half the cost of others.

Poor Support , Terrrible Community, Feature Misrepresentation

We had been a paid Cloudflare customer for about 4 years and dealing with support is frustrating. We upgraded our plan to their $200 per month plan thinking support would be any better however when faced with an issue they do not know how to solve they simply provide no advice or insight as to why... paying $200 per month we would have expected far more support for such a product. As a Cloudflare partner for over 4 years we used their Community site for simply state that their documentation ...

The backbone of the internet

Cloudflare is the backbone of the internet, and is humbled by it, they have a great community. Other than Alphabet there is nothing to compare Cloudflare to. But then Alphabet does many things 'eh' (see YouTube Adpocolypse, and other similar snafu's, Cloudflare however follows the philosophy 'Do one thing, and do it 'damn' well', when it comes to the things they are able to do, they are incomparable.

Improvement of TTFB and SEO

By using Cloudflare I have reduced my site TTFB. Enable Rocket Loader to supercharge your website to get good ranking and SEO score. Got 98/100 on Google Page Speed Insights by Enabling Rocket Loader. To reduce TTFB use Cache Everything Page Rule.
