Use both free and paid service for different websites
Have used the service for multiple websites for years. It adds a layer of complexity to managing the website since everything is running through their proxy, but it seems to be worth it.

Managing dns/firewall is simple and quick. We found the page rules very helpful when we moved our website locations. The times I've had to contact support, they responded in a timely manner and very helpful.
