Worst Customer Support

Our email is currently down and the support system at cloud flare is ridiculous. I havent been able to get a hold of anyone to resolve this now. I have a business and my email cannot be down for 1 minute let alone 2 days. When I reach out for support by email I get a response back with information how to resolve it with an email that my issue has been resolved. No it's not my email still doesnt work. I cant believe a reputable company like this would have suck poor support.

Slow Responce form Cloudflare Support

We have raise a support ticket with Cloudflare CDN and its been more than 48hrs that we have not an answer to this query. We have shared the HAR file which was requested by Cloudflare but they are taking hours to review and revert.We are facing Error1105 on our website.Any one can help?

I have reported a scam website…

I have reported a scam website extorting thousands of pounds from people for a bitcoin scam. The website dns is on cloudflare. They have been less than helpful saying the content is no longer available when I can see the website dns is still cloudflare. Shame on you for enabling these gangs of criminals and having no corporate responsibility to remove them from your service.

Cloudflare support is inadequate

Cloudflare support is inadequate. We had a recent incident with their new billing system, which took almost 10 days to resolve, and it could result to the cancellation of our pro plans for our high traffic sites just because their system show no notifications and no ways to fix things. Support response is slow and therefore when it comes to critical issues and large sites, I cannot imagine what the consequences of such a delay would be.
