Poor Quality Service!

I set the nameservers for my site to cloudflare from my default godaddy nameservers, and at first everything worked fine. Then I decided to try out the 3rd party site apps that cloudflare offered, such as AddThis share button and SiteCNTRL from 33across.com. For some strange reason, the share button disappeared after I implemented SiteCNTRL, so I disconnected SiteCNTRL from my account. Then, my site went down with a 502 bad gateway error. Cloudflare used to be a nice service to use. Not any more. Difficult to use. Terrible customer service. Steal your money like most other Domain Name providers. They make it difficult to cancel or close your account. useless.

What do you like best? the free plan for cpanel where all cpanel users can use cloudflare for both secure purpose and shared ssl usage What do you dislike? there support for free plan users where we need to wait for long time. like i had applied for cpanel provider license and waited for almost 3 months to get back a reply What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? static site speed increased, less ddos attacks, secure verification for users

Arrogant and impossible to do business with.

We moved our web site from one hosting company to another, and cloudflare decided that our new web site was a phishing site, and put up a warning to that effect, completely destroying our business. Shoot first ask questions later.And they won't even get back to us so we advised them of their mistake.

don't waste your time

I migrated my domain to a new domain name from thefattaxi to fattaxi and when I asked them to change my domain details, they told me I need to buy a new service. and I already paid for the entire year. Don't recommend to anyone. Don't see any difference in the performance either

What do you like best? Cloudflare offers the best CDN I have tried. They have a massive cloud of cdn servers globally, that helps in speeding up your site to visitors from any part of the globe. It also has a very sophisticated DDOS protection. And also offers free ssl. It also has some other options you can use to further the protection and speeding up of your site like Page Rules and Firewall rules. What do you dislike?
