Good for users but needs some improvement on the admin side

What do you like best? Staff members can easily view and track the NPS scores for their locations. What do you dislike? As an admin, there are many things I'd like to see changed in the platform - More data, the ability to calculate response rate, improved navigation, etc. What business problems are you solving with the product? What do you like best? The support team is very knowledgeable and very accommodating. What do you dislike? A few times the difference in the time zone between ET US and India made for getting responses delayed at times. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Although we are very new, I see us utilizing the feedback to fine tune our processes and procedures. Again, being new, we have not realized any benefits just yet.
