very good but needs some more improvement

Support is very good.But needs some more improvement in the area of reservation and cancellation method when it is in conjunction with the hotel's website.I appreciate if you include some mechanism to improve the modification and cancellation after a reservation is made through our own site.

What do you like best? All function you need are availability in Cloudbeds. Also good support with 24/7 via email . Easy use any where can see report any where and work, the best for all user no need to work in the place but just call and talk you can work with your staff. What do you like best? Great support. Very responsive to requests for help. Very active Ideas community. Even the CEO participates. What do you dislike? Reporting is weak. Very easy to miss when a reservation has an add-on, as we are not alerted to it. After 9 months using the software, I get a bug quiet annoying, repported it, within nearly two month, nobody work on it : support just tried to win some time to get you do some more tests or accuse any third parties instead of fixing something obvious. The same goes for my account manager : after getting a good relationship with the first one (who also sold me the software, I get a new one.
