Great to use
Great to use, highly intuitive and easy to train on. Consolidating our PMS and channel manager fees into one has made a huge difference, not only to our expenses but how we manage our inventory and yielding. Highly recommend.

You can't go wrong with Cloudbeds
You can't go wrong with Cloudbeds. We own a group of small hotels and one by one switched all of them into cloudbeds in the last 2 years. The interphase is intuitive making the training time very efficient, the functions are concise (without unnecessary fluff), they continue to innovate and stay updated, the support team is great and they are fairly priced. What more can you ask for?

Simply the best!
We researched a number of cloud-based property management systems and Cloudbeds was our favorite. Our team uses on laptops, mobile devices, or on property at the front desk- it's so convenient! After 8 months on this platform, we are so happy with the features, ongoing updates, customer service, and no-frills functionality.

Working with Cloudbeds for 3 Years and very happy
We are using Cloudbeds now for the 3rd year for our Properties and we can’t complain. Excellent support and one of the fastest channel managers on the market. Never had an overbookings again. We definitely recommend it and share our positive experience. One of the best things of Cloudbeds is that the software is constantly improving and we are enjoying all the benefits of it. Big thank to the endless efforts of their development team.

Offered something.. said we didn’t sign any contract... dishonest
After negotiating the price, they offered me a deal for enterprise version and when the implementation started they simply downgraded to premier without telling me... I simply recognise that all the add ons disappeared..
