Too many bugs, poor support

Too many bugs and the system is very oldschool. Updating slow. Support team Auto reply is sending you thousands of emails every time you contacted them and asking you if you need help however, I was told they are working on. They spent very long time on maintenance 1 feature. Experiencing different issue every week. Your sales will not help you after you paid.

Their selection process is too long.

Their selection process is too long and demanding, before you can even talk about money, or even consider if you are really interested in taking it. Do not expect proper feedback if you are not selected. All they ask for, they don´t give it back.

Wonderful support, good product

Hello. I use Cloudbeds to manage the online bookings of a very popular holiday rental apartment I own in Nelson Bay, Australia. It's just one apartment so my backend "front desk" requirements are very low. To me it was all about the ease of use and guest experience with the booking engine. For multi-room properties we wouldn't consider using anything else.I've used Cloudbeds for almost 10 years. In that time I've seen improvements to both the technology and quality of life of using the software. Support is pretty decent, the, the quality of their channel connections are solid by and large, the interface is straight forward and usable.Are there things I wish they'd work on still? You have a great business model

We love C!loudbeds and think you do a great job responding. Sometimes it would be nice to have a phone number that we can get an immediate response to questions though. Other than that we truly enjoy your business model.
