Such a great time and stress relief…
Such a great time and stress relief this program is. We were doing everything by excel spreadsheets and trying to manage our OTA's separately. Our employees are now in the habit of checking for reservations everyday and we are SO free'd up from the time it took to do reservations in the past, thanks to Cloudbeds! Our business is Estrellita's Bed & Breakfast. A 7 room property in Ajijic, Jalisco, Mexico.

All you need is Cloudbeds!
All you need is Cloudbeds! I cannot praise this PMS enough! The platform is user friendly and very straightforward to navigate. I also find it easy to manage the rates, check reports and connect to channels. It allows you to customize almost everything as you please and its customer support is the best. We have been using Cloudbeds for a few years now across all our properties, apart-hotels & hostels and are very happy!

Cloudbeds has been a good upgrade
Cloudbeds has been a good upgrade from our previous pms which was served based, being on the cloud and with the channel manager and the booking engine integrated makes everything easier. Also the integrated crm is pretty useful, even it not being the most complete one it does everything we need from it, moreover the free link on google hotel ads has definetly helped us with direct reservations, also the friendly user interface is a plus. What do you like best about Cloudbeds? Cloudbeds are easy to integrate with other software. What do you dislike about Cloudbeds? As of now, all features are good, there is nothing to dislike. What problems is Cloudbeds solving and how is that benefiting you? We were using the cloudbeds as a channel manager.

Fast and effective.
We have been using Cloudbeds for over 6 years now. During this time it has been developing a lot, and it's "nearly" a perfect PMS. As soon as we changed to Cloudbeds+MyAllocator from our previous PMS+Channel manager, our direct bookings went up by 20% (up to 60%). Currently we receive 90% of reservations directly. Help desk reply really fast whenever we have a problem (maybe once a year/every second year).

Cloudbeds has given my hotel a new life.
Our goal when switching to Cloudbeds was to save time doing daily tasks but the software has done so much more. Our direct bookings have increased by over 35%. Guests have noticed the rate checker on my booking engine and felt confident booking directly. We also have seen a boost in OTA bookings.
