Cloudbeds, an excellent program, and tech support
Cloudbeds is an excellent program and a godsend for my hotel just in the channel manager alone. The entire program, including the channel manager, is easy to set up and easier to use. My most recent encounter with Cloudbeds technical support was due to a new channel integration. The actual problem was with the outside company, but Cloudbeds contacted the company and resolved the problem. The software is easy to use.
The software is easy to use. however, maybe you could add one feature that allows users to automatically block all bookings at least 24 hours of preparation for the next reservations.

Cloudbeds is one of the easier software!
I think Cloudbeds is one of the easier software for hoteliers to use to manage their rates and availability in one click. It is a friendly user and the support team is provided a fast service either via email or telephone. I would give 8 out of 10.
