Very responsive

Cloudbeds is user-friendly and intuitive. And on times that you stumble upon something you're not sure of, Cloudbeds support is quick to answer to your inquiries and they explain everything very thoroughly. We're glad we started our operations with Cloudbeds - it has made a lot of processes (both front end and back end) more efficient and easier to handle.

Cloudbeds helped me out with getting started with multiple OTAs' connection and management from a single point with all bookings, reservations, card processing, booking engine etc.. all in one solution really. I am very pleased being with them since on top of the great sale's pitch, the on boarding was great and also dealing with their customer service is pretty much instant reply with great help and advice on the spot!! The actual real live technical support…

The actual real live technical support person, Denis Solovev, who went out of his way to find and identify the exact cause for the disconnect in my understanding of the channel manager and OTA systems’ communication of cvc codes. Denis deserves so much credit. He’s unbelievable!!!

Easy to use

Easy to use, mapped to online agents, just hope that we can improve the house account folios where we can create folios for guest not using rooms and do check-in and check-out on it as well.
