Switched from record.it and so glad I did
What do you like best? LOVE the screen recording capabilities. I'm a slow adopter so it's hard to move me from something if I already have a process that worked, but I finally got to the point where I really wanted to be able to record my voice in the screen recording as well and gave this a try. I absolutely love it. Can't believe I never heard of it before. I'm using it for everything now.
What do you like best? It has amazing features, I love that I can create videos of just a region of the screen, I can create gifs and easily share them with my team. What do you dislike? I absolutely love everything so far, wouldn't change anything What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I'm creating quick guides for the team

Super Easy To Use, Provides Instant Clarity On Projects
What do you like best? The hotkeys and video recording are fantastic features. Autosaving links to your clipboard makes sharing links super fast. The ability to create a custom domain was simple to setup as well. I really like the ability to record a video of myself while screen sharing. What do you dislike? The website onboarding process, I upgraded my account very quickly but the website didn't update my ability to record videos over 1 minute for a few hours. What problems ...

I like the annotate feature, though I wish we were able to edit/copy the original annotated text.
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I love the annotate feature. I haven't used the video recording feature yet but I plan to test it soon. I also think it's cool that you can take a screenshot with the app or easily upload a preexisting screenshot or other documents to edit/share. Simplicity that works
What do you like best? Cloudapp is a simple yet powerful tool to collect and organize all screenshots, screen recordings, and collections in one place. What do you dislike? I haven't found a dislike for this app yet. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Organization - it's nice to have everything in one place.

Easy to use
What do you like best? I think the ease of use and the shallow learning curve. It was very quick from log in to first use. What do you dislike? There are some colors that don't translate well in gif format, but other than that, picture quality is good. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? quickly showing teammates and users product function. Great for showing features that are in process of being developed or needing debugging.

Great features - that I cannot get to work
What do you like best? The quick sharing of files and images... What do you dislike? That it does not really work. The feature I want the most (being able to share a screenshot link that can easily be seen in the web browser) is not working for me at all. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I work with images in my daily job, sending images and files with comments all the time. CloudApp speeds that process up a lot.
