It's not just a screen recording tool, it's a valuable communication tool

What do you like best? I love that it's simple to use and also feature-rich. I can screen share, capture my screen and add annotations all in one tool without downloading/uploading multiple times. It's one of the tools I use each day in my business. After upgrading to the Team plan, it's even more so. What do you dislike? Previous support. What do you like best? The New "Click anywhere for Fullscreen Capture" Image function in the latest update is massively handy. What do you dislike? Nothing as Such. The App is still the go to Capturer app for me and my colleagues. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Quick Share with instant link generation. Be it for a Video or Image file.

Still not as easy as snipping tool

What do you like best? You can record video/gifts. Other tools I've seen don't do that What do you dislike? It's difficult to quickly screenshot from various screens and quickly paste where you want it. Time Saver

What do you like best? So simple and easy to use, I can save my documents anywhere use them across different platforms. What do you dislike? There is nothing to dislike!! Amazing time saver!! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? being able to snip pieces or whole text to save as a pdf to use across multiple platforms. I realized it has lots of versatility. LOVE It!!!

So Easy To Use

What do you like best? Ease of use, rapid parsing of the video or audio you created, short hyperlinks so prospects and customers aren't sketched out by the link you send from Cloud App What do you dislike? Easy to take screenshot and can edit before sharing link.

What do you like best? Editing, filtering,and making videos. Too Quick to share. What do you dislike? Did not noticed. I will let you know if I find one. CloudApp works great! Easy to use and perfectly integrated with Chrome on the Mac

What do you like best? The product is extremely easy to use -- one shortcut, and the video is filmed, saved, and a link created. What do you dislike? Actually, I have no complaints. The quality of the video could be improved, but it's perfect for capturing quick videos. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are trying to capture bug reports and create videos that show how the bug can be reproduced.

Fast and easy to use

What do you like best? How fast and easy it is to record a video or gif What do you dislike? The video link is blocked by some servers, so I wish there was a way to more easily upload it to a Vimeo or some place i could password protect it. What problems are you solving with the product? Great for managing screenshots & recordings

What do you like best? Easy of use, sharing clips is straightforward. CloudApp achieves what it set out to do without fuss. What do you dislike? The sound when you take a clip - thankfully you can turn that off. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Grabbing clips to help describe issues , challenges , asks that are then added to User stories for developers to work on.

Quick solution for mass editing!

What do you like best? It is easy to get into a rhythm and get all of the information you need quickly. I enjoy being able to favourite screenshots to make them easy to find when going back to edit. What do you dislike? I wish that on the CloudApp dashboard that there was an endless scroll feature rather than pages.
