Amazing App to share Customer Service Videos with my Clients
What do you like best? I like that I can upload completed Zoom Meetings. This is the cleanest best way to move items to users over the Internet What do you dislike? Not much. Although the Chrome App only links me to the website but I don't really mind this. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I am solving several communication issues with Users. Predominantly sharing Zoom meetings with clients.

Missing features.
What do you like best? Hi, I was using till now another snipping tool and I'm trying these days your CloudApp. I found it very useful for its plenty of options and that you can go back to your previous collections. Thanks, What do you dislike? I would be happy if you could add a "Print" function to your Share menu. Secondly, how don't you have the Do and Undo functions, it's basic. Quick, easy, worth the price
What do you like best? Easy, intuitive interface. Zero training time is vital. I'm in sales; can't mess around with complicated apps! CloudApp is a no-brainer... perfect for me! What do you dislike? I have not figured out why the videos black out for brief periods. This would be an impediment to a higher-level implementation, but for casual communications with prospects, it's not a deal-killer. A Better Way to Share
What do you like best? Easiest way to save and share screenshots What do you dislike? Pop up window after capture can be a bit annoying and get in the way What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Saving screenshots of information in a Google Sheet - therefore I don't need to insert the actual picture

Reliable software to record screen
What do you like best? Easy to use, nice interface, affordable. What do you dislike? When i have recorded, the audio has a different timing than the rest of the video but I am not sure if it is my internet connection. What a time saver!
What do you like best? The ease of use and ability to markup graphics and send a link to peers for quick review What do you dislike? Very useful tool so far and it is great to have everything store into cloud and easy to share
What do you like best? Easy to share and cloud storage is a plus. What do you dislike? Sometimes it takes longer for the file to become available What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Screenshot feature on my IMAC hasn't been that helpful to annotate on the screenshot. Cloudapp has allowed me to do that efficiently and create GIF has also been helpful.

Great app, poor execution.
What do you like best? UI is great easy to navigate, the functionality of gifs and annotations are what keeps me using Cloud app What do you dislike? Very buggy, poor support. Whilst cloud app saves me time, I also find I have to do the same task 2/3 or even more times due to cloud app not working correctly. Have issues 4/5 working days of the week. Easy to use.
What do you like best? I love the Screenshot and Video on it.! What do you dislike? There is nothing I do not like about it. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? When I need to send a video and screenshot it saves me time. With the video, it really helps it has a mic!

Been using Cloudapp pretty much daily…
Been using Cloudapp pretty much daily for the last two years and love it. It has saved me many hours of time and made me look super efficient - which is a good thing. Highly recommended.
