What do you like best? Easy to use iPaaS, reduced implementation complexity compared to other iPaaS solutions, great technical staff with expertise to support creation of integrations. Having the platform available as a scalable, hosted service with an entirely web-based development, configuration and maintenance is invaluable. What do you like best? The responsiveness of the support team, as well as the quick turn around on fixing bugs and releasing new features. What do you dislike? Not a huge issue, but possibly the lack of expertise across all new elements/SaaSs. Each one is very different so it's difficult to be an expert in each and hard to scale. Great team to work on the present & future of integrations

What do you like best? The possibilities of working with the various hubs and elements that Cloud Elements has integrated with. We are currently integrated with four elements between the marketing and CRM hubs, and the sync between our webinar platform & Cloud Elements has been very reliable in the first 6-9 months of usage. I also don't have to worry about keeping up with the various MA/CRM platforms API changes, issues, etc. Cloud Elements handles that for my team and our customers. ...
