What do you like best? Management of credentials, ease of use of back end utilities, seems very robust and fast to use. Good support of a wide range of integration points. What do you dislike? I think a CLI tool would be a cool addition What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Integration between us and a number of CRMs, aiming for increase in sales and a decrease in support costs.
