Sometimes I added a wrong email address to a profile, it loaded the whole history and even though I deleted the email address later - the history stayed. What do you like best? - Fast and simple to use, easy to find the right info in few seconds - E-mail integration, and the activity timeline on a lead in general - Collaboration: information is available by all the staff, even professional e-mail if wanted - The API is pretty simple and allows you to connect your own website to Close (for example to integrate leads information obtained through signup form in your public website. Close.io is easy to use.

What do you like best? I really like how easy this software is to use and that it is cloud-based. You do download an app to your desktop, but that just syncs up with the cloud. I have a copy at my home office and at work and my data is everywhere. I also love the integration with my Google Apps for business. What do you dislike? Close.io is super easy to use, and makes following up with your customers simple.

What do you like best? That you can view all of the emails ever exchanged between you and your colleagues, with that contact. I also like that you can call right there in the app and it records it. What do you dislike? That you can't put merge fields in the subject line or recipient line.
