Close pros and cons

  • Provides a centralized CRM platform for managing leads, calls, emails, and workflows in one place.

  • Interface is easy to navigate, with straightforward setup and strong support for onboarding and troubleshooting.

  • Automation features including smart views, predictive dialing, and workflows reduce manual effort in sales processes.

  • Call management features include clear call recordings, AI-generated summaries, and call tracking for follow-ups and analysis.

  • Reporting features are limited and could be more in-depth, especially for tracking lead lists and success rates by category.

  • Some users find the cost of calling features and overall pricing high, although they believe the value justifies it.

Great from a sales perspective, less so from an admin and operations perspective

What do you like best? I've heard very positive feedback from our sales team, as they have said that the CRM is easy to use and enables them to call and email leads very quickly and easily. There is a power dialer, but this flawed. We've switched from Salesforce and the sales team can definitely get more things done with Close. If that's the main thing you're looking for, then it can be good. What do you dislike? I am not a part of the sales team, but rather the sales operations ...

The best software that assists your company

What do you like best? I really like this system because it allows you to record each of the calls made by your sales team in order to analyze them and be able to see and evaluate each detail of all. With this software I can see all the records and the interactions that are made with the clients, thanks to its interface and easy use one can review any error that an operator has committed in order to improve customer service. This system allows me to establish tasks with notifications ...

Good for some things

What do you like best? I love that you have the ability to call, text, and email all within the same program. It makes keeping track of employees a lot easier and ensures that I can track statuses easily. I can also pull numbers and run statistics of the sales guys easy through their reporting tab. What do you dislike? This program can get expensive depending on what features you are wanting and how many sales people you have on staff. How the new pay structure is set up it has ...

CRM with a well-developed interface

What do you like best? You can record the calls to analyze them later and see all the details. When you have a place where all the interactions you do with your clients are recorded, it is much easier to review any error or mistake that has been made and you can also work to improve the customer service. The tasks and notifications of objectives that you must meet are organized automatically, it is easier to carry all your work organized, because you can easily manage everything you ...

CRM Well designed, useful and complete

What do you like best? Smart views are one of the most interesting options we have found, because you can define better thanks to that tool the public you want to send a specific product, you can better define which clients will adapt more to the advertising you want to send. Simplicity is another element that has influenced us to choose this CRM. Our sales teams have adapted very well to their operation, have understood well the operation and have been able to integrate all the data ...

Solid, efficient, simple CRM

What do you like best? The auto-dialer is great. It's very easy to work my entire day out of close.io instead of several other programs- it APIs into just about every tool I use. Metrics and deal tracking are excellent as well. For high-octane dialing/cold outreach, this CRM is awesome. What do you dislike? Sorting/grouping leads can be cumbersome and time-consuming. Lacks some bells and whistles of more robust solutions. Occasional interruptions in service. Their support team is ...

Great sales software with an amazing followup angle.

What do you like best? The powerdialer feature and email sequencing. What do you dislike? Lack of customizations you are not able to enhance the software or specific fields. You are limited, so If you have a database you are looking for this is not the software to use. There are other options. However, if you want purely a sales tool. This is the software for you. Recommendations to others considering the product: If you are looking to expand your business and make a lot of ...

I love speaking to Competent people.... Close.io is full of them

What do you like best? I really like how we can create smart views to hone in on leads who need to be called. I've used them for 5 years now in 2 different companies and I am amazed how much they have grown. I also like dealing with their staff. Always helpful and really know what they are talking about. Shout out to Matt Bonde in Customer Success! He was a pleasure to work with as well as everyone at Close.io! What do you dislike? I would not call this a dislike but I do wish they ...
