PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? The smoothest CRM I've used in a long while. It lets me pull up historical data swiftly. It also lets me view as to who's contacting the lead and when they were contacted the last time. Running reports is simpler compared to other competitors. Work much effective with the right solution.

What do you like best? I have the easy track system of my sales trade, this makes my workflow faster. Also, I like that I can make a few calls at one time. From an admin and operations perspective - not good.

What do you like best? I've heard very positive feedback from our sales team, as they have said that the CRM is easy to use and enables them to call and email leads very quickly and easily.
