Close pros and cons

  • Provides a centralized CRM platform for managing leads, calls, emails, and workflows in one place.

  • Interface is easy to navigate, with straightforward setup and strong support for onboarding and troubleshooting.

  • Automation features including smart views, predictive dialing, and workflows reduce manual effort in sales processes.

  • Call management features include clear call recordings, AI-generated summaries, and call tracking for follow-ups and analysis.

  • Reporting features are limited and could be more in-depth, especially for tracking lead lists and success rates by category.

  • Some users find the cost of calling features and overall pricing high, although they believe the value justifies it.

The best CRM to manage relationships, all in one

What do you like best? I love it, you can communicate with potential clients and clients in one place, all in one, that you can use independently without the need for other tools, simply surprising in terms of productivity. I can also record calls to be able to analyze them later. What do you dislike? Close is a very good tool but the price is very high. Recommendations to others considering the product: I recommend it, if you really try and start using it you will be ...

presents leads and actions in a simple and logical arrangement.

What do you like best? Close lets multiple reps or agents team up strongly on qualifying and converting leads. What do you dislike? I am not sure there are Macros like Zendesk. There seems to be a lot of manual copy-pasting, or worse, having to come up with new words for the same messages, over and over, and over agiain! Recommendations to others considering the product: What advice do you have for people considering Close? What problems are you solving with the product? ...

Good experience. Constantly improving

What do you like best? Ease of use. UX. Constant improvement in features like search by contact. What do you dislike? Search features are not that great, especially when you have many email threads in one account. Analytics are very basic compared to other products. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Streamlined sales data. Better sales performance.

Easy to use, Powerful & Encouraging!

What do you like best? We loved how easy it was to get started on using it. Unlike the many other bloated tools, this one is intuitive and powerful. It has all of the necessary features for a small to mid-sized sales team and empowers you to work efficiently and effectively. What do you dislike? It was hard for us to convince the sales people to make the switch, so a better on-boarding process might help! Recommendations to others considering the product: Give it a solid try ...

The Best CRM Platform In The Market Today

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? One can instantly see that the best thing about Close.io is the way it organizes the leads it captures - as companies and contacts within those companies. This unique approach is a time saver because we are able to sell to companies as a whole instead of peddling leads to individual people. This structure also simplifies the job of sales people as it pinpoints the contact points that have been made with potential clients in previous ...

One of the best company-based CRM out in today's market.

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? The greatest thing with Close.io is it's capable of organizing leads with contacts and companies. When it comes to selling to companies as opposed to separate people, the structure saved a ton of time for sales reps. Not only that, but it made things a lot simpler for those on sales. They get to see which contact points were made with potential clients they had before. What aspects are problematic or could work better? The thing ...
