Solid, efficient, simple CRM
What do you like best? The auto-dialer is great. It's very easy to work my entire day out of close.io instead of several other programs- it APIs into just about every tool I use. Metrics and deal tracking are excellent as well. For high-octane dialing/cold outreach, this CRM is awesome. What do you dislike? Sorting/grouping leads can be cumbersome and time-consuming. What do you like best? The powerdialer feature and email sequencing. What do you dislike? Lack of customizations you are not able to enhance the software or specific fields. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? The greatest thing with Close.io is it's capable of organizing leads with contacts and companies.
