PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Very easy to use. UX is fantastic. Communication transperancy is flat out amazing when it comes to customers. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? The greatest thing with Close.io is it's capable of organizing leads with contacts and companies. When it comes to selling to companies as opposed to separate people, the structure saved a ton of time for sales reps. Not only that, but it made things a lot simpler for those on sales. been using close.io for a short span of time...

What do you like best? It makes it easier to track your leads, send and receive emails, send and receive phone calls and get voicemail messages. you can also link it to your gmail account so you can track your leads in which ever way you choose. What do you dislike? sometimes leads has duplicates and it becomes very hard to manage. the phone number that I dial also automatically converts to my country's area code instead of that of the one I am trying to get a hold of. ...

What do you like best? I really like this system because it allows you to record each of the calls made by your sales team in order to analyze them and be able to see and evaluate each detail of all. What do you like best? I love that you have the ability to call, text, and email all within the same program. It makes keeping track of employees a lot easier and ensures that I can track statuses easily. I can also pull numbers and run statistics of the sales guys easy through their reporting tab.
