These guys punch above their weight in a big way!
What do you like best? Their auto follow up emails are a game changer, they produce better conversion in about 1/5 of the time it would normally take. Their smart views have enabled us to focus on the right leads faster and unlocked a huge amount of opportunity. What do you dislike? Easy to use sales CRM with simple UI that combines decent email and automation tools
What do you like best? I really appreciate the simple and uncomplicated interface. Used so many CRM's that are just too annoying to work in. What do you dislike? I think the integration of templated emails and doing mass campaigns in it is great (one of the main reasons I chose it) but it's still a bit cluck to manage all the different templates and seeing /running the reports on the email sequences. Amazing product but especially exceptional customer care
What do you like best? We have integrated Close heavily in our digital product. It's been easy, and despite that the APIs are still very powerful. They are in theory focused on small and medium sized B2B customer but we are a 50+ contact center (based in Bogotá, Colombia) focused on selling car insurances through phones and through our website. What do you like best? It's very user friendly. I've only needed help a couple of times with questions and their response was almost immediate. Great for sales teams. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Great Gmail integration. Emails show up both places as expected without funky formatting or cross-links to follow. The best CRM to manage relationships, all in one
What do you like best? I love it, you can communicate with potential clients and clients in one place, all in one, that you can use independently without the need for other tools, simply surprising in terms of productivity. What do you like best? Close lets multiple reps or agents team up strongly on qualifying and converting leads. What do you dislike? I am not sure there are Macros like Zendesk. Good experience. Constantly improving
What do you like best? Ease of use. UX. Constant improvement in features like search by contact. What do you dislike? Search features are not that great, especially when you have many email threads in one account. Analytics are very basic compared to other products. What problems are you solving with the product?
