"Very easy to use, and keeps me organized!"
What do you like best about Close? I really like how organized Close keeps me, and I like the fact that my Gmail is synced with Close because it makes it easy to respond to all emails asap without checking my inbox twice. What do you like best about Close? - Very easy to understand right from the start. I find a lot of CRMs confusing to start but Close was super easy. - Zapier integration is really thought through which makes automations really easy. - Support is excellent. What do you like best about Close? Everything is so well organised, and opportunities are easy to move. The tags are a life saver and smart lists have never been so helpful. I closed the most number of deals I ever have thanks to Close. What do you dislike about Close? Not a lot really. I enjoy it a lot so I can't complain! "Best CRM on the market hands down"
What do you like best about Close? Really nicely laid out, simple, nearly minimalist... very easy to get going immediately. The customer support is extremely fast What do you dislike about Close? Not sure why Email sequences is top left menu. I feel like that should be in settings maybe. Oh, and text + Email sequences would be reallllly awesome! What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you? Smart views are a total gamechanger for me.

"Excellent product and support"
What do you like best about Close? Close is a very powerful CRM system that has allowed me to 10X my sales efforts. What do you dislike about Close? I sometimes struggle with the latency on the VOIP. This may be an issue with my network however, Close support is currently diagnosing the issue for me. What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you? The ability to prospect far more effectively and efficiently.

What do you like best about Close? Functionality and customization are essential for our business, and Close is uber functional and highly customizable. What do you dislike about Close? We haven't found any issues with Close, and at this point, feel there are no downsides. What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you? We are recruiting across multiple regions with many remote recruiters. Close allows us to both coordinate things, report activity, and adjust as necessary.

User-Friendly CRM
PROS: There are a lot of things I love about Close.io. For one, it is very simple and straightforward. I can use it right off the bat without having any serious difficulty with it. It is also a cloud-based system. Although you need to download it, it easily syncs up with my desktop. I could work on anything at home and in the office and knowing that every changes made are automatically saved. I also love the system integration with Google Apps for Business. What do you like best about Close? Keeping all communication, text and emails within one area, Reminders to reach out again. What do you dislike about Close? Email editor is not the best.
