PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Very easy to use. UX is fantastic. Communication transperancy is flat out amazing when it comes to customers. Its smart-view gives you the ability to filter just about anything! What aspects are problematic or could work better? Reporting is way too basic. Integrations are limited to just a few. A great CRM for today’s SMBs.
PROS: Very easy to use. UX is fantastic. Communication transperancy is flat out amazing when it comes to customers. Its smart-view gives you the ability to filter just about anything! CONS: Reporting is way too basic. Integrations are limited to just a few.

"User Friendly Tools"
What do you like best about Close? The Smart Views, When you call using dialer, its really helpful to have smart views What do you dislike about Close? What I don't like I think. is when you sort of the leads, from last created. Recommendations to others considering Close: You have to organize all the leads you bulked import so, when managing calls, its easier to use Auto Dialer or Smart View What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you? The Emailing part.

"The real winner of all CRMs"
What do you like best about Close? The dashboard, so comprehensive, in one single view. Easy to navigate, nothing falls through the cracks. The interface is way friendlier and more intuitive than similar CRMs I've used in the past. The speed behind the logic for quick tasks, keeping track of opportunities and assign tasks to colleagues is unlike anything I've seen. What do you like best about Close? Close is easy to use and helps with keeping track of the notes I leave. I'm on top of all of my work! What do you dislike about Close? There are no notifications for the inbox What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you? I maintain excellent relationships as an account manager. It helps to keep track of conversations.

"Close is the best CRM available"
What do you like best about Close? The desktop application is so fast, easy and just works! I've tried almost all of the popular CRMs available on the market, and the speed you get when navigating close is unrivaled. What do you dislike about Close? There is nothing I dislike. I would love a mobile app, though. What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you? Our lead generation and sales processes are so refined thanks to Close.

"Love it, could use a few simple fixes which they continue to ignore, but still like it for sales."
What do you like best about Close? Ease of setting up custom fields, email templates very simple, mostly user friendly. What do you dislike about Close? Their name field is ONE field, not separated for FIRST and LAST, has caused huge issues which they continue to ignore. If you have a name like Mary Ann, or Bob J. Smith, it's a mess. I love how easy Close is to use - tracking our client's progress through our programs, communicating via email, text and phone call, and being able to create smart lists and email templates has been a huge time saver. "Must for every Startup or Small Business! Simple, easy to use and truly impactful!"
What do you like best about Close? The UI/UX is very clean. You don't require a lot of training to get started. It is simple to use and very easy to understand. Most salespeople are from non-tech backgrounds, and setting up a CRM with multiple integrations is a big headache. Close has eliminated this with its excellent product design and ease of use.
