What do you like best about Close? Ease of use, lots of features other CRM don't have What do you dislike about Close? It could look a bit more modern and be more asphectically pleasing What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you? Lots of benefits and options to customize data, I am able to filter out any bad records

What do you like best about Close? I can find my leads and potential customers fast and see every imperative detail without fighting through excessive windows or scrolling up and down. What do you dislike about Close? I wish my email signature looked better when I send it directly from Close in Outlook 365. "Great CRM program"

What do you like best about Close? Intuitive. Glitch and barrier free. Great interface. What do you dislike about Close? Email formatting can be wonky. Would be helpful to be able to open multiple windows in the desktop app. What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you? I can manage a huge pipeline. I can relax that I'm not going to miss a follow up. I save time not having to jump around or search for collaboration or conversation history with a client.

"I love it! Makes my work life so much better"

What do you like best about Close? I love that the platform and UI is really easy to use. Everything is clearly labeled and it didn't take me long to understand the platform. I love the SmartViews to help you to organize your leads and contacts and I also love the integrations with other apps to make my workflow as automated as possible. What do you dislike about Close? "Best CRM out there."

What do you like best about Close? The 1001 possibilities to adjust the system to your wish. What do you dislike about Close? Data imports that aren't reversible, or at least come back with an error, after a mistake. But I think this is unavoidable for any complex data system. "We love working with close!"

What do you like best about Close? We can see all emails sent to a client. It's truly amazing. What do you dislike about Close? can't search within emails. But we have other applications for that. "Easy and efficient CRM"

What do you like best about Close? Close is super easy to use and it's the best CRM I've used. "Very User Friendly and Easy to Learn"

What do you like best about Close? The integration with Google for myself is amazing. It makes it so easy when it comes to finding emails from clients. I just go straight to Close to find them. Also saving the phone calls to the system for 7 days is great too as backup. What do you dislike about Close?
