What do you like best about Close? I like how easy it is to set up Close. I also like how the plan I chose includes unlimited leads for under $100 / month. I love the call recording. But my favorite feature by far is smart views. Those are like incredibly powerful saved searches you can set up to filter your leads based on whatever parameters you want. What do you like best about Close? Close has been the most versatile and robust CRM I've ever used. What do you dislike about Close? Close has a bit of a steep learning curve but once you learn it, it's incredibly powerful. What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you? I am much more organized and it makes it easier to stay on top of my leads

What do you like best about Close? The ease of use and multiple options of contacting the customer What do you dislike about Close? Nothing at all! It truly is a great system! What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you? Having the opportunity to text the customers and call and email makes it a one-stop all-contact platform. It solves the problem of having to use multiple CRMs or platforms to reach out to the customer which is highly beneficial!

PROS: One can instantly see that the best thing about Close.io is the way it organizes the leads it captures - as companies and contacts within those companies. "Close the door on other CRM's"
What do you like best about Close? Close is very customizable.... if you can dream it, you can achieve it with close What do you dislike about Close? There can be too many options occasionally causing me to get confused. I am a fairly new adopter, so it is likely user error. What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you? I can sort my leads and tackle them in order or set up a group for the day. This helps keep me focused and organized
