"Best CRM for small teams"
What do you like best about Close? Easy to use, user-friendly and has everything you need to keep track of clients. What do you dislike about Close? Nothing really, we wanted to use it for "Call-center" jobs as well, but then we decided not to. Do not know the reason. What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you? CRM: Everybody in our team knows the previous notes and calls about the client, so if a problem appears, we are more prepared and can do more professional service.

What do you like best about Close? Everything is visible in one easy view. Support teams are very responsive. What do you dislike about Close? Can be time consuming and a bit difficult to add new companies, the need of coding etc. What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you? visibility into responses in one easy view and reporting

"Close is seamless"
What do you like best about Close? Most helpful is mobile abilities. Having access to leads through both desktop and mobile makes it easy to stay on top of follow ups and contacts. What do you dislike about Close? Not many downsides. Software is quite great. What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you? Call recordings are highly beneficial as well as AI generated notes.

"Close is the best, plain and simple."
What do you like best about Close? I love Close because it's the best for anyone in sales! CRM's can be very tricky and when closing deals, sales reps look at it as last in order of importance. "Great Pocket-Friendly Tool"
What do you like best about Close? Close allows me to manage my customer / porspect base quickly and effectively. It's very easy to manage workflow amonst co-workers for our current customers as well as set follow up on prospects. It saves me a lot of time by streamlining my day-to-day. What do you like best about Close? Our team adopted Close several months ago, and I like it more each day. It is super intuitive, so the learning curve was pretty much a straignt line. What do you like best about Close? The accessibilty is phenomenal. I am able to organize my tasks, files, and notes to be able to successfully and effeciently do my work in finance. "Reliable, simple and useful tool."
What do you like best about Close? I enjoy how simple it is to have a handle on my reminders, contacts, follow-ups and creating new profiles quickly if I'm receiving new information while on a call, this happens daily in my line of work.
