What do you like best about Close? Love the snappiness of the CRM and the ability to customize workflows using Zapier highly. Their team is excellent to work with. The calling and SMS is flawless, and the automations we've built work wonderfully. I couldn't pry it out of my sales team's hands if I tried. What do you like best about Close? A friend of mine once said: "the most important thing about a CRM is that you should enjoy using it". I love using Close. The UI is the simplest I have ever seen, and the customer service is top-notch. What do you dislike about Close? "The Best CRM For Coaches And Consultants"
What do you like best about Close? Close is not a clunky CRM like Hubspot or Salesforce. Getting insights, building new projects, and team management are way faster and easier to use. The support is world-class as well. Typically I am hesitant to email any tech support team and instead try to find solutions on my own because support is usually so slow. What do you like best about Close? I like how you can add custom fields and use auto-sequencing to help reduce the workload. You can also bring in external web links as custom fields to help bring everything into one program. What do you dislike about Close? I have to create a smart view for some processes that I feel should be standard or built-in. What do you like best about Close? Close helps speed up the outbound prospecting process for our sales team. What do you dislike about Close? I wish it had the ability to record multiple voicemail drops. That would be extremely helpful. What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Close? They are absolutely the best at what they do. They are always rapid in their response and resolution. Everyone that I have encountered has been excellent. "Best for small business..."
What do you like best about Close? Bundle of all the best of class tools without upcharging or pushing integration partners. I was able to fire ClickFunnels, a robo call service, and a digital marketer. What do you dislike about Close? Jeeze, it's a lot to master and I feel guilty I'm not using it to it's full potential What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you? Cadence management. I now have a one stop solution.

"Easy to use CRM"
What do you like best about Close? It is VERY user friendly and has all of the functionality I could ever user, and at a much better price! Pedro was amazing at onboarding us. What do you dislike about Close? Nothing yet! I like it all! And if I do run into an issue, they are very responsive. What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you? I have so much more visibility into my organization now and we will be able to move people through the funnel.
