What do you like best about Close? Close has been good because it has allowed my team to scale beyond our previous capabilities. "Great CRM, Outstanding Customer Support."
What do you like best about Close? The platform is very easy to use, especially when onboarding a large amount of sales members. The customer support is real and fantastic. They have helped me solve many of my Close discrepancies and taught me along the way with Loom Videos...which is fantastic! What do you like best about Close? Close is incredibly easy to use, and I love their stellar support. They even helped me with migration from our old CRM, which is usually a headache. What do you dislike about Close? In some instances, I was missing an error pop-up (e.g. why the contact was not enrolled in a sequence). What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you? "Easy, smooth and straight forward"
What do you like best about Close? I find the platform very easy to use and the service provided is outstanding they are always quick to respond when there is a problem What do you dislike about Close? Nothing to note on this. There is nothing I do not dislike What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you? Quite a few problems - but all gets resolved quickly - especially if it is something i dont understand they are very quick to respond

What do you like best about Close? Close is very easy to use but very powerful at the same time. They have many key features and benefits in an all in one platform. What do you dislike about Close? At this point, I do not dislike anything about Close. They've made their CRM extremely user friendly and very effective. What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you? Having to use many platforms. This is one of the key problems they currently solve in my organization.

"My experience with Close has been fantastic!"
What do you like best about Close? The most helpful part of using close is the simplicity of the layout. It is super easy to use and understand. What do you dislike about Close? The downfall is that not many users can use the system without it being interrupted. What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you? It is used as a dialer; so it is benefiting me because I am able to connect with customers.
