What do you like best about Close? It's a really easy place to manage clients across a team. This is the easiest CRM/email management tool to learn that I've experienced in all of my years in CS. It makes collaboration across teams very easy and the support team is always quick to respond to questions. What do you dislike about Close? There are some key features missing. "Have found Close to be very useful in keeping me on top of all my leads and clients"
What do you like best about Close? The integration with email, the ability to set tasks, customise labels and capture revenue What do you dislike about Close? Nothing specific so far. Am yet to try all the features like calling, sequences, etc. What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you? Completing all my to do's daily, follow ups with leads and clients, having all the information in one place, and the ability to nudge my team as needed

What do you like best about Close? Most helpful - The power dialer is great, saves time! And SEQUENCES!, being able to schedule messages in advance. I also really like the bulk edit options. Oh and I found lots of useful ways to sort and filter lists just yesterday, 4/5/23, that are great! What do you dislike about Close? Downside - I would love to have a task "dialer" that moves me through each lead in order where tasks are set. I cannot select individual leads to include in the dialer or ...
