Close pros and cons

  • Provides a centralized CRM platform for managing leads, calls, emails, and workflows in one place.

  • Interface is easy to navigate, with straightforward setup and strong support for onboarding and troubleshooting.

  • Automation features including smart views, predictive dialing, and workflows reduce manual effort in sales processes.

  • Call management features include clear call recordings, AI-generated summaries, and call tracking for follow-ups and analysis.

  • Reporting features are limited and could be more in-depth, especially for tracking lead lists and success rates by category.

  • Some users find the cost of calling features and overall pricing high, although they believe the value justifies it.

"Easy to navigate and helps keep you organized."

What do you like best about Close? The most helpful thing about Close is the tasks feature. It makes life easier to know who to follow up with. I also enjoy the reports section so that I can see what I have done for the day. What do you dislike about Close? There is nothing in particular that I dislike about Close. It is of the better CRM program that I have used in my career thus far. I am glad our company uses it. What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you? The sequence ...

"Great system - support is top notch - communication is the best"

What do you like best about Close? Close is like a more easily customizable version of SalesForce with everything built in and no need for 3rd party integration or administrators to run it. The integrated phone calls, dialer, and SMS is fantastic. What do you dislike about Close? I wish there was a little more variety for account hierarchy, or the ability to customize account hierarchy within close as opposed to relying on custom fields for the majority of things. What problems is Close ...

What do you like best about Close? I like that you can tag people and bring emails to their attention or simply schedule reminders for yourself. You can easily keep track of all tasks that you need to do each day especially if you have a busy schedule and you need to keep track of everything simultaneously. It's a great tool to reach out to different teams in a company and remind them to complete them. You can now effortlessly add your scheduling links and allow others to schedule meetings ...

"Easy access and friendly use will recommend for everyone."

What do you like best about Close? The helpful thing about every tab is to highlight names so one can check or review the user of the corresponding account; this is the great thing achieved about Close. What do you dislike about Close? It might sound complicated for others the first time, but it's good to teach how to use it; if given a chance for changes in this site will recommend highlighting every tab for the user to guide. Thank you! What problems is Close solving and how is that ...

"Simple, easy and everything in one application"

What do you like best about Close? What is most helpful and what I like most about Close is that everything is on one application. What was most important to me was having the bulk email and SMS capabilities in Close. What do you dislike about Close? I would like to have Support available via chat. The email chat is still pretty good, and integrated into the application. What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you? We had to integrate SMS, bulk email marketing from ...

"Great solution for startups"

What do you like best about Close? It's easy, there's a ton of helpful resources, it's affordable, and seems like the best option I've come across for startups. What do you dislike about Close? Nothing really major. It took a little getting used to adding new leads in the way they have it but it's not a problem at all. I perhaps wish I could add a lead directly to a custom view. What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you? Great way to track leads, keep information, and do ...
