What do you like best about Close? I like the lead management flow, creating follow-up sequences. Also the calling capabilities no mobile. What do you dislike about Close? Creating multiple accounts sometimes makes the software crash. What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you? Helps me manage leads easily and be able to connect with clients.

"I LOVE CLOSE CRM!"

What do you like best about Close? I like how Close is user friendly and easy to navigate. The recent App release was a great idea (was needed). I'm able to easily communicate with my clients and I love using CLOSE for my daily sales process. I get in depth analytics. Also love getting the text messages to my phone so Im in tune with notifications/updates. What do you dislike about Close? I dislike when texts bounce back on certain Text templates. "Very good experience using Close"

What do you like best about Close? Close is a very efficient tool that helped our sales team to reach the next level. The tool is reliable. Their support team is easy to contact and provides helpful answers very quickly. What do you dislike about Close? Would be good to be able to bring our own carrier for outgoing calls. What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you? Combines a CRM and outbound call tool. Smartviews are very helpful to target our prospects best.

"Close is efficient and user friendly"

What do you like best about Close? If I don't understand how to do something, the system is relatively intuitive and I am able to usually figure it out on my own. What do you dislike about Close? I feel like the way filters are written and organized could be simpler. What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you? It allows me to keep my leads organized and not let any fall through the cracks.

Inability to hide client details from specific users, such as if they are not the lead owner. What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Close? UI is incredibly easy for new users. Has help us to close out deals. What do you dislike about Close? Not much to say in regards to the downsides of Close. What do you like best about Close? The east to use interface makes navigating my workflow effortless. What do you dislike about Close? Close is fantastic, but if there were one feature I would like to see added in Close would be a multi-line dialer. What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you? Close allows me to be cold call outreach and SMS, contacting my prospects from every angle is something I highly value. Close level of navigation allows for seamless navigation.

"Excellent CRM for small businesses"

What do you like best about Close? Steli's stellar marketing content attracted me to the CRM, but the product's simplicity and efficient customer support have kept me. I am by no means a tech guy--I can barely operate our TV's remote control--but Close keeps things extremely intuitive.
