What do you like best about Close? I love the detailed ways that are also user friendly that Close records data automatically. From the autodialer, effective tracking systems, and auto recording notes on phone calls for you, this is a phenomenal professional system. What do you like best about Close? The best thing about Close is it is very user friendly and if you are going to listen to some calls it has a very good quality. No static and the recording is very clear What do you dislike about Close? Inconvenience: Closing the dialer app means you won't have immediate access to call logs, contacts, or the dial pad until you reopen the app. If you need to make or receive calls frequently, having to reopen the app each time may be inconvenient. What do you like best about Close? Compared to any other CRM I have worked with, Close has been the most user-friendly and easy to organize. When I receive and incoming call, I can jump right to that client's profile and make note of any and everything about that client. The inbox tool is extremely helpful for setting reminders for myself, as well as tagging in coworkers for certain tasks that need assistance with. "All in one stop shop!"

What do you like best about Close? I love the organization in Close! It's easy to create new smart views for different lead catagories. What do you dislike about Close? What do you like best about Close? It is a great tool for companies that want to increase their lead outreach and expand a sales appraoch to a wider audience. "Great for organizing"

What do you like best about Close? I use Close mostly to keep track of sales leads/calls and the status of their movements. Perfect for the small company I work for (<10 employees). What do you dislike about Close? The only thing I would change about Close is that I wish it had an integration with Quickbooks desktop. What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you? "Finally an intuitive CRM"

What do you like best about Close? So simple to use and the workflows are a huge timesaver. User interface is by far the best I've ever used. What do you dislike about Close? I personally would like to add documents or images to client profiles, but there are work arounds with adding links. What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you? Keeping track of tons of leads, recoding calls for review and creating tasks for follow up.
