Great support for a comprehesive timecard system

What do you like best? ClockShark's support staff have been extremely helpful and knowledgeable in our transition to their system What do you dislike? We had concerns from several employees about the indepth tracking that Clockshark imposes as well as cell phone battery drainage. What do you like best? Mobility of the app. Each employee can do his/her time from a remote location and is also able to add pictures and documents to their time. What do you dislike? Simple interface that gets the crews working fast.

What do you like best? Simple and easy to use. Being available on any cell is a great touch. What do you dislike? An alarm alerting the worker to log back in from lunch would be nice. Recommendations to others considering the product: Connect Clock shark to Sage 100 Change orders What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Tracking time is so much easier then trying to have a person on site trying to do it by hnad.

Adequate Time Tracking

What do you like best? ClockShark is easy to use, create schedules and monitor/edit daily time sheets on employees. Weekly and monthly reports. Easy for employees to use. What do you dislike? That tracking time off is an additional upcharge. Tracking is off, I feel like the GPS location service should be more acurate. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Tracking hours worked on our farming operation.

Awesome! Timing to the minute! Perfect!

What do you like best? Saving money!! I have literally saved $100' s of dollars this year. What do you dislike? Nothing! It is a great cost saving tool. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Accurate payroll time keeping.

ClockShark is very efficient and WELL worth the monthly fee.

What do you like best? All of my employees are in one app. I can see their schedules, add appointments, see where they are at and have been for the day, and my employees can send me notes. My absolute favorite feature is that I can scan in the documents for each job and my employees are able to view the documents from the job site. What do you dislike? Incredible support for a new business doing payroll for the first time

What do you like best? The software is easy to use but best of all, the online chat and phone support is amazing. I'm new to owning a business and had never done payroll before. They've helped me every step of the way, even going out of their way to help with an issue I was having with Quickbooks which was definitely not in the scope of their job. Overall amazing company. Clock shark has made it easy to review that my employees are clocked in and keep track of job costs.

What do you like best? It is really easy to use and get used to. What do you dislike? When app notifications are on, it sends a reminder every hour. So I turned them off, but then employees forget to clock out. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Job tracking, payroll and have a plan to implement scheduling through the app as well.

Very pleased with ClockShark so far!

What do you like best? The ease of use. I tried a different app a couple years ago and I didn't like it. This one is easy from my side as administrator and easy for my guys in the field. What do you dislike? a few things we had to work out on mobile side of it. (coverage etc.) But we figured it out. Also, convincing guys to use it. What problems are you solving with the product?
