What do you like best? We like being able to track our techs time so that we know if we are billing our customers enough for labor. What do you dislike? What do you like best? With all of the great features, the one that stands out is the Schedule. With the easy "click and drag" ability, entering a weeks worth of projects for 21 employees is a snap. Having the address available to the employees makes it easy when there is a new job listed, they don't need to call or text just click "Details". What do you like best? I love the seamless integration with QB desktop. Job numbers and employees are able to linked and integrated easily. We needed a little help in navigating our workflow, but the Clockshark Employees were quick to offer help, and solved our issues. What do you dislike? Keeps track of employees

What do you like best? I love that this product uses GPS to see when and where employees are logging on to clock in and out. It helps us monitor the ones trying to steal time or who try clock in early when they are running late getting somewhere. What do you dislike? Good product

What do you like best? I use clockshark for the geo tracking. Its not perfect but if you have people out on the field it can definitely give you a good estimate where your employeea are and it can save you a lot of money. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Easy access and simple navigation of the time sheets. What do you dislike? The only thing I would like to see improved is having the option to see my employees clock-in/out times on a bi-weekly basis. What business problems are you solving with the product? So far a great program

What do you like best? The simplicity of the program for our employees What do you dislike? Once i was signed up i was told some features i no longer could use i had to pay extra. Functional and incomparable!

What do you like best? ClockShark aids in organization unlike any other software and it's such a time saver. You can use it to keep track of employees to ensure they're working at their assigned hours. It definitely helps to maximize personnel resources. The CSV export option is also super useful if you're a spreadsheet person. What do you dislike? Some employees have difficulties with the software being glitchy or the system being down at times.
