Easy to use, effective way to track time and schedule work.
What do you like best? The simplicity of the application. The ability to schedule work for our technicians with easy and the geo-fencing. It helps us track labor for each job and by doing that it helps us stay within our budget for each project. What do you dislike? I do wish it would talk with quickbooks on it's own. What do you like best? The process to getting back into my account was easy and quick. The customer service staff was very friendly. What do you dislike? Some of our employees clock out and the GPS tracking stops, but it doesn't clock out. It seems like it is just some sort of glitch but it makes me need to contact that person, and correct there time which is an extra step I think could be avoided somehow but I do not know. What do you like best? Everything. The software is VERY easy to use. Our employees have had no trouble using it. It can adapt to your company's needs, e.g. we don't have such a complex company that we need to do timesheet approval - we just prevent employees from making changes to their timesheets. Good basic timesheets system for ioT integration
What do you like best? We went with Clockshark specifically because it has zapier integration, so we can use it with our SaaS platforms. What do you dislike? Supports only a single timezone and set of overtime rules. Break button cannot be disabled and does not fire zapier events. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We tie the hours into our project management system, giving us real time costing on jobs.

What do you like best? Easy to figure out all functions. The support is as good as I've ever experienced. What do you dislike? Need another section in the drop-down admin or employee. What do you like best? the software is very simple to use and user friendly. What do you dislike? so far haven't experienced anything that i don't like. so far good. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Scheduling time tracking for employees and it has benefited us in getting accurate time sheet reports.
